Final Report
Who: Required for all grantees.
When: Due within 30 days after your project's completion date (one year from your final payment date).
How: Submitted through the online portal. You will receive an email reminder.
Required Information:
- Progress made toward approved outcomes.
- Description of any challenges encountered and how they were addressed.
- Retrospective analysis of any changes the organization would make in hindsight.
- Detailed account of all grant fund expenditures (receipts may be required).
- Comparison of actual vs. budgeted expenses with explanations for variations.
- Audited financial statements from your most recently completed fiscal year.
- Copies of relevant materials, publications, or media coverage.
Progress Report
